Hali attends Spelman College, and Jermaine graduated from Morehouse College. While the schools sit side by side in Atlanta, it wasn’t until a meet-up in California that their relationship truly blossomed.

Hali and Jermaine originally planned to say “I do” outdoors on the private lawn, but when the weather had other plans, we seamlessly transitioned to our carefully prepared Plan B indoors. (Pro tip: always have a Plan B!) The result was just as breathtaking, proving that flexibility can still lead to unforgettable moments.
